We ask for very little, and we keep what you give us to ourselves. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you use the inquiry form, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, phone number if you include it, the property and dates you are interested in, and your message. Nothing else on this site asks for personal information.
Our website host records ordinary technical data such as your IP address and browser type for each visit. We do not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies.
We use your inquiry to answer your question and, if you choose to book, to arrange your stay. Booking itself happens through our booking platform and its payment processor, which have their own privacy terms and handle all payment card details. We never see or store your card number.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it, and any such email will include a way to unsubscribe.
Only The 1715 House, LLC team. Your inquiry is delivered to our business email and stored by our form provider. We share details with a third party only when it is needed to complete a booking you have requested, or when the law requires it.
Inquiries that do not lead to a stay are deleted within twelve months. Records of completed stays are kept as long as Florida law and our accountant require for tax and liability purposes.
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to stay@the1715house.com and we will respond within a few business days.
The 1715 House, LLC never asks for payment by wire transfer, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, cryptocurrency, or gift card, and never sends a link asking you to “re-verify” a payment. If you receive a message like that using our name, it is not from us. Please forward it to stay@the1715house.com so we can act on it.
